Formation of the pattern supported by the Organisation’s design
The Objectives of this “Organisational Model’:
- To recognize Permaculture as a logical and viable solution to current local and global problems,
- To demystify Permaculture for children
- To better equip children to become effective global nurturers of mother earth
- To initiate a groundswell of environmentally aware people for generations to come
Key Principles:
- Caring for the Earth and for the People
- Sharing – reciprocal knowledge sharing, collaboration and contribution
- Acknowledging young people as the key to a better future
- Applying Permaculture ethics, principles, design and techniques
- Education of children based on self directed studies
- Sociocracy or dynamic governance as a form of governance and decision making
- PCH own 7 R principles: Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle, and Rot
- Inclusivity for every child is a part of a global Permaculture movement
